Location is the strongest feature of the hotel with the convenience of being within walking distance to many attractions and shops, with a pleasant view of the French Quarter. A few guests expressed satisfaction with the friendly staff and straightforward check-in process. the disappointing condition of the bathroom, mold and bed bugs in some rooms, questionable cleanliness, the constant construction noise from early morning hours, and the hotel's inability to process card payments are significant drawbacks.
